JCBES is committed to genuine Diamond Open Access. Under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, readers and users worldwide are granted the following rights:

• Immediate Free Access: Read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, crawl, or link to the full texts of articles free of charge, without embargo or paywall barriers.
• Non-Commercial Educational & Research Reuse: Freely use published material for teaching, research, academic presentations, and scientific non-commercial purposes.
• Mandatory Attribution: Any reuse or dissemination of the journal's content, in whole or in part, must include appropriate bibliographic citation of the original authors, article DOI, and a direct link to the JCBES website.

Author Copyright Retention & Licensing to Journal

In accordance with international open access standards and DOAJ criteria:

• Full Copyright Retention: Copyright of all articles published in the Journal of Contemporary Business and Economic Studies is retained by the author(s) without restriction.
• Non-Exclusive License to Publish: Authors grant the Journal a non-exclusive license to publish, display, and distribute the article in all formats, and to archive it across international indexing databases and academic repositories.
• Self-Archiving / Repository Rights: Authors are entitled to deposit the published PDF (Version of Record) in institutional and non-commercial disciplinary repositories immediately upon publication.

Copyright Agreement Submission

Upon acceptance of an article for publication, the corresponding author is required to sign the official Copyright Agreement on behalf of all co-authors.

The signed agreement (scanned copy in PDF format) must be returned to the Journal's editorial office via official email:

By submitting a manuscript to the Journal, the author(s) formally certify that:
